KONSULTATION
Hos Bright Side har vi ikke færdig designet stencils eller tegninger.
Derfor har vi altid en konsultation, inden vi kan booke ind til selve tatoveringen.
På denne måde får vi en idé om, hvad du vil have, og hvor stort det bliver.
Hvis din idé er simpel og lige til kan vi ofte lave den samme dag.

KONSULTATIONER ER ALTID GRATIS.
At være et custom studie betyder at vi tegner og designer alle tatoveringer fra bunden, og hvis vi ikke har et klart billede i vores hoveder af hvad du gerne vil have, kan det blive meget svært at finde ud af de forskellige designs. Dette kan føre til mange misforståelser og tage meget tid!
Derfor har vi brug for en personlig samtale med dig, inden vi kommer tættere på at tatovere dig.
Det bedste er at finde ud af, hvad du vil have, og hvem af os du vil have til at tatovere dig, før du kontakter os.
STILARTER
Vi har alle forskellige stilarter, som vi fokuserer på. Derfor er det vigtigt, at du bruger lidt tid på at kigge de forskellige tatovørers porteføljer igennem, så du ender med den rette person til projektet.
Nogle gange er den tatovering, du gerne vil have, måske ikke en vi har evnen til at lave, og derfor er det ikke altid garanteret, at vi kan hjælpe dig med dit nye tatoveringsprojekt.

BOOKING GEBYR
Der kræves et gebyr for at bestille tid til en tatovering. Du kan ikke få dit gebyr refunderet. Det vil blive taget ud af den samlede pris, når du bliver tatoveret.
AFLYSNING AF TID
Aflysning af din tid kræver minimum 24 timers varsel.
Enhver, der ikke møder op til deres aftaler eller melder afbud med kort varsel, vil miste deres booking gebyr og skal betale et nyt.
Hvis dette ikke overholdes, eller i tilfælde af totalt fravær, skal du betale det fulde beløb på forhånd, for alle tatoveringer du ønsker at få lavet hos Bright Side Tattoo i fremtiden.
Når du er klar til at kontakte os, bedes du sende en mail direkte til den person, du ønsker at blive tatoveret af.
1. Find ud af, hvem du vil tatoveres af, ved at gennemgå de forskellige tatoverings gallerier.
2. Send en e-mail direkte til den tatovør, du har valgt.
3. Ring til studiet, hvis du synes, det tager for lang tid, før personen svarer.
(Nogle gange går e-mails til spam-mappen ved et uheld)

CONSULTATION
At Bright Side we don’t have ready made stencils or drawings. That is why we have consultations times before making the actual appointment for you. This way we get an idea of what you wanna get, and how big it is gonna be.
Being a custom studio is hard work, we have to draw a lot for you, and if we don’t have a clear picture in our heads of what you wanna get, it can become very difficult, to figure out the different designs. This can lead to many misunderstandings and consume a lot of time!
We love coming up with cool designs and drawing them, but as said, we need a talk with you before getting closer to tattooing you.
The best thing, is to figure out, what you wanna get, and which one of us you want to tattoo you, before contacting us.
If your idea is simple and straight forward, we can often tattoo you the same day.

STYLES
We all have different styles that we focus on. That is why it is important, that you spend some time looking through the different tattooers portfolios, so that you end up with the right person for the project.
Sometimes the tattoo in particular you wanna get, might not be what we have the ability to make, and therefore its not always guaranteed that we can take on your new tattoo project.

BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is needed in order to book in a time for a tattoo. You cannot get your booking fee refunded. It will be taken out of the total price when you get tattooed.
CANCELLATIONS
Canceling your appointment, requires a minimum 24 hours notice.
Anyone not showing up for their appointments, or canceling on to short of a notice will lose their fee, and will be required to pay a new one. If you have booked an entire day, and fail to cancel your appointment all together you will be charges for the full amount.
If not complied with, or in case of total absence, you will have to pay the full amount upfront, for any tattoos you want to have done at Bright Side Tattoo in the future.
When you are ready to contact us, please email the person you want to get tattooed by directly.
1. Find out who you want to tattoo you, by going through the different tattooers portfolio’s.
2. Email the tattooer you have chosen directly.
3. Call the studio if you feel it is taking too long for the person to reply.
(Sometimes emails goes to the spam folder by accident)
